Important notes

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 200,00 EUR is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is payable on our bank account which we will communicate upon booking.

In case of cancellation the following provisions shall be applicable:
  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.
  • In case of cancellation 29 days till 1 day prior to departure we will charge 70% of the cancellation value
  • In case of early departure the reservation will be charged in full.
Pets

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5,00 EUR/night after registration.

Arrival & departure

On arrival, your chalet is at your disposal from 3.00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask to check out between 09.30 - 10.00 am. The next guest will be grateful.
